Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

AI for the Work (aiforthework.com, the "Site") is operated by XYSCRIPT LLC, Brooklyn, New York, USA ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, and anything you include when you email us.
  • Information collected automatically: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the Site. If we enable privacy-focused analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics), we use it to understand aggregate traffic. Cloudflare says that product doesn't use cookies to track individual visitors.

Cookies

The Site itself doesn't currently set advertising or tracking cookies. When you click an affiliate link and go to another company's site, that company (or its affiliate network) may set cookies to attribute a purchase to us. Those cookies are governed by their privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Affiliate links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate partners may receive information that a visit came from our Site, but we don't share your name or email address with them. Affiliate relationships never affect our rankings. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address will be stored and processed by our email service provider, Kit (kit.com), to send you our newsletter. Kit may collect information about opens and clicks so we can improve our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We don't sell your email address. (Note: our newsletter is not live yet. Until it launches, the signup form on this Site doesn't send or store anything.)

How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • To send the newsletter you asked for
  • To respond to your messages
  • To comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and newsletter (such as Cloudflare and Kit), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Retention

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and professionals. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the effective date above.
