Pricing
Base plans (Essential, Premium, Enterprise) are quote-only, with a 3-user minimum on Essential and Premium (5 on Enterprise). Merlin Qualify and Engage are billed in monthly AI Outcomes: 50 for $149, 100 for $249, 200 for $399, 500 for $749, 1,000 for $999, 2,000 for $1,999, with overage rates. Copilot is priced per user.
Best for
Growing, marketing-heavy firms that want a full intake CRM with AI qualification and follow-up.
Watch out for
One lead can generate up to three AI Outcomes (for example qualify, collect-and-qualify, and booking). Engage never claims to be human, but by default confirms it's AI when a lead asks; put the AI disclosure in the first message instead.
