Step 1: Build a brand brief once

Write your voice, audience, banned claims and product facts into one document and load it into a shared project in your assistant. Every draft starts from it.

Step 2: Source ideas from real customers

Record customer calls (with consent) in Fireflies and pull out real questions and phrases. AI drafts are much better when they’re fed real customer language.

Step 3: Draft, then edit like a human

Have the assistant produce an outline, then a draft. A person checks every claim, statistic and product detail before anything goes out.

Step 4: Design in Canva

Use brand kits and Magic Design for social and ad variations. Paid plans include unlimited Standard AI tools (Canva).

Step 5: Repurpose video

Edit webinars in Descript and cut clips with OpusClip (see our creator workflow).

Step 6: Automate distribution in the CRM

HubSpot’s Breeze agents handle content, social posting and prospecting. Advanced features use HubSpot Credits at $0.01 each, per HubSpot (HubSpot blog). Set budgets before you switch agents on.

Compliance: never fake social proof

The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and testimonials took effect October 21, 2024. It bans creating, buying or spreading fake reviews and testimonials, including AI-generated ones, and courts can impose civil penalties for knowing violations (FTC). AI avatars aren’t banned outright, but using one to deliver a fake testimonial is (FTC Q&A). If you work with influencers, they must disclose the relationship (FTC).
