Pricing
TherapyFuel: $40/month per enabled clinician; enabling it for one clinician unlocks client history summaries and contact notes for the whole practice (TherapyNotes help center, checked Oct 22, 2026). Base subscriptions listed at $69/month solo, or $89/month for the first clinician plus $60 per additional clinician, under pricing TherapyNotes says takes effect Dec 1, 2026.

Practices already on TherapyNotes, and clinicians who want AI help without recording sessions.
Watch out for
TherapyNotes' FAQ says TherapyFuel does not yet support group or couples notes. Scribe works only inside TherapyNotes, not on third-party telehealth platforms. TherapyNotes says audio is deleted once a transcript succeeds and transcripts are kept until the note is signed or 30 days pass, whichever is sooner, and that TherapyFuel is covered by its BAA with you.
